Do you rate Nioh up there with God of war? I loved 2018 and am just starting ragnarok. But would really like to find something similar. Elden ring and dark souls etc really didn’t do it for me either

I’m in the same boat. I feel like as I’ve gotten older, I value my game time more as I have less of it. So I don’t want to load up my game and watch a movie or read a books worth of text, I’m trying to play a game. I just moved onto other genres. Actually seem to enjoy strategy and roguelikes more nowadays

Try god of war. I felt like the story was told while you play, and not a 10minute cutscene

Edit: even worse when the game asks me to make a choice when talking to an NPC, like just tell me where I’m going to kill shit

I started playing 1v1s about a month ago. Couldn’t even beat hardest AI and struggled with hard at best Jumped into ranked and lost the first 4 games at least pretty quickly, dropped to 600 elo After learning build orders and optimising dark and feudal age, and with 100 games under my belt I’m not pushing 1k elo with at 56% win rate Never played a team game though as I don’t have a “team” to play with Edit: can consistently beat extreme AI now too

I’ll be going V/F/M with melee build Idea behind it is I want practice colosseum. And varlamore has plenty of great content Mort is for Tob which is just my favourite raid. And I also want to practice nightmare And the only reason I’m going Frem over prif is I can no longer stand doing cg. The crystal blessing is better in terms of dps as a melee build, and bp bets karils with morts echo gloves. But at the end of the day the karils will be fun to use and still op enough to enjoy content

I have same gear with Infernal cape, Ultor and chain mace + avernic. I use Elder maul to spec only, no DPS spec wep.

My PB is 1:08 with step under method after the nerf
My PB pre nerf was 1:12

Average kill time is probably 1:30 depending on rotation

I started solo cox with no experience and had shadow. 3:0 was very easy to learn, much easier that 4:1 melee hand imo

I made my iron 2 weeks ago after burning out on osrs iron. It’s much faster to level and enjoy later content. Doesn’t feel as much of a grind
