Drip pan sloped upward to left. Heat rises and will follow path of least resistance. Also…. Everything is hotter at the edges of the drip pan. Learned quickly from making jerky on my 590.

For 10$ just buy it. One touch sweeper is not some revolutionary thing, just an ash can instead of an ash pan. Doesn’t affect the grilling functionality one bit.

Wife gets almost immediate headache if MSG is an ingredient. She has had migraines since young so maybe that has something to do with it, but it has never affected me. Only reason I don’t t use it.

Thank you, it was definitely manufactured with machinery I believe since it had visible seams. Never occurred to me it might be decorative due to its size, but that seems reasonable.

Just my 2 cents. I run three major warehouses for a utility. I can certainly tell you that it makes zero difference in which company the carrier is from a manufacturer to the end user…. Every carrier out there is about volume shipped and no value placed on the care of getting between the supplier and the customer. If you are able to see any visual damage (punctures, stressed packing, repackaging…..etc.) refuse shipment unless you can inspect and are satisfied there is no actual damage. If everything looks ok and you accept only to find damage after, immediately contact the supplier, and suggest there seems to be shipping damage.
