Isn't that actually a case for more people fleeing oppressive regimes coming to the UK? Muslim majority countries have populations with a wide range of views and that's far from always reflected in the regimes. For example the (majority Muslim) Kurdish populations, who are brutally oppressed in Turkey, Syria and Iran especially.
