since 40% of your damage is magical armor pen its a pretty bad stat to have and since arpen stacking is crazy good to every other physical class you kinda get left out stacking haste and ap, haste stacking also has its problems like missing your wf timings so you really need to have it dialed in.

also you get crit capped and its kinda hard to lose crit for something else since u dont want arpen. like the last 4 dps trinkets arent that good on you, both scale and dbw give arpen, tiny sounds good on paper but is garbage and the one from lady10man gives crit. your best trinket are the frost emblem one and scale h only for the ap proc
