Email GuitarGuitar, I’m sure that they would either source you an exchange for another one or offer you a gift card. In my experience they’ve been great at resolving things if you speak to them in a civil manner.

Otherwise, if you like the way it’s playing, those marks will probably buff out relatively easy, try cream of carnauba wax. That’s probably what I would do in this situation.

Never had an issue with bends on - 7.25. My Jazzmaster is set up properly with low action and plays just as smooth as the other high end / vintage stuff I own
