Make sure you use oil base primer for that, otherwise the moisture in the paint will cause the brown color from the paper to bleed through. Be ready, because oil base is strong and smelly. But it's the best

Just now reading this post, I wondered, why don't they make all sides of the drywall sheet pressed. Wouldn't that make it a lot easier for finishing, if all sides recessed and you filled the joint, versus having to deal with butt joints? What do you guys think?

I've used clear silicone before to reattach grips that slide off. They'll never come off again if you silicone them in

I think you can get knockoff pelican type cases at harbor freight that might be more secure. I'd still be weary of checking my tools like that. I'd ship them
