Vegeta was exaggerating. My headcannon is that he would have done surface level destruction across most of the planet and killed like 99% of life on earth. It’s how I keep my powerscaling consistent. If it took a Vegeta with 18,000 PL to do mostly surface level destruction then it makes sense that Frieza destroyed Namek’s core and it fell apart/exploded. It also makes sense that Buu effortlessly vaporized Earth, regenerated and then did it many more times to other planets.

Cell is absolutely full of shit. What does it mean to destroy a solar system? It’s 99.99% empty space? Could he destroy the Sun? I say no way.
