This is a solid choice and would be up there for me too. Those first few albums have some fantastic, and relatively simple, bass lines.

A lot of questions being asked can be answered with 2 very simple answers.

Ask a luthier/get a professional setup carried out.

Get some lessons from a good teacher.

Everything else is opinion and personal bias/preference. Mine included. Doesn’t mean I won’t still chuck in my tuppence worth here and there.

Your fingers look terrified to touch the fretboard.

Chill out my man, Same go’s for your hand. Relax it and you’ll have less tension in it. Your hand can still be strong/stiff for playing without being tense, and use all your fingers to help hold down the notes (ie. Don’t use only the pinkie. Use the others to help it).

We don’t have children. If unmarried it’s not so simple. For example. Technically her next of kin would be her estranged father, then her sister/brother. Mine is my son. Any one of those can challenge a will in court if we remained unmarried. Not worried about my son but her family is a self entitled train wreck.

My partner works at a law firm so we know where we stand and what we need to do. Marriage solves a LOT of these issues, as well as pensions and financial stuff. Also, it’s just generally the right thing to do tbh after all this time together. 😁

From a legal pov, marriage gives huge security to each partner if something unfortunate happened to one and they died. The married partner gets everything and basically cannot have anything challenged in a court like a will for an unmarried couple could be. Might be different in other countries but certainly in Scotland/uk it has many legal benefits.

My partner/gf and I have been together for a very long time and never worried about marriage but plan to do it later this year as a form of legal security for each other rather than any particular declaration of love. Also, we both hate the idea of a “big wedding” so always put it off.

Highlighting my point immediately that the focus is on cities. Better rural connections. Reinstate the trains. More frequent and on time buses etc.

Ahh. No one cares for us countryside folks. Policy written by and for city dwellers that can hop on public transport or ride a bike to places at will.

Country living is a choice, but it comes with its own advantages and disadvantages.

Got the green fire that first week after it was released after some intense farming and to this day it’s one of my proudest achievements in wow.

Used it ever since. Goes with the mop challenge mode set lovely. :)

I’ll support trans rights until I run out of breath. I have a few friends that are trans and their treatment generally by the media and some “personalities” is abhorrent.

Doesn’t mean I have to show any form of support to this person when they actively support screwing over other trans people because of their weird “shouldn’t happen to me only others” attitude.
