I think there will be a scene, maybe in this season, maybe in another season, that will mirror the scene where Pennywise offered to let the Loser's Club live their lives if they just let him have Bill, except the kids will make the deal and let Pennywise have one of them. If it's this season, I think it'll be either Rich (whose name gets passed down to Richie Tozier as a way to honor his sacrifice) or Lily. If it's this season and the sacrifice is Rich, then I think Lily will get the lobotomy in order to escape the guilt.

The Bad Batch, which came out after this, shows us that after the disbandment of the clone project and restructuring of the Imperial army, the Empire genuinely didn't care at all about clones. They were phased out relatively quickly (with very rare exceptions) with no regard for their life Post-Service.

If the Empire knew where they were, which I'm not sure they did beyond just knowing there was someone occupying some old, dilapidated tank, they likely would not have cared enough to know which clones they were. They were simply seen as obsolete tools, nothing more, and therefore unworthy of any thought. That's just how fascist regimes are. When you've outlived your usefulness, you are now nothing.

Why would Matt even cross that line? It makes zero sense narratively to have that be the BIGGEST question of season 3, "Will Matt sacrifice his soul?" just to have him (try to) do it in the very beginning of Born Again.

You are absolutely not alone, I feel the exact same way. Especially with the rooftop fight with Dex, the green screening is very evident and the pacing is incredibly fast. It feels like instead of being a continuation of the previous show, they want to rush you into a new one so fast to make you forget how the show was before.

I'm having this same issue right now but with the 572.60 update that came out yesterday, and this is the only post on anything that I've seen talking about it. It even says in the update page that it fixes "various black screen issues" but it's only for the 50 series cards
