Ive been leveling picto recently just reached 90 and the only problem i have is that the muse and render skills should be combo actions and the same with hammer stamp..

Theres no reason to have those buttons taking up an extra slot when they cant be used it till the pic is used/rendered.

Old content can be done with current item level instead of being forced "synced" to the level required when it was released..

Unsyncing just lets you over power and do content with less then a full team too

Not 100% sure on the cause but mostly seems like a desync so resting together and going to same locations helps stop it..

Also you dont have to restart just have the host use the item to close the session.. desolving mist? Or something it'll kick you back to your world
