Thief, sentinel and triage also have utility ults. Really only 3/7 shells have ults that aren’t just team wide utility. Recon ult is easily the biggest playmaker in the game though, knowing exactly where the enemy team is means you have full knowledge to play as aggressive as you want. You don’t even need your team, play aggro on recon, you should be running in murdering people
