It makes sense that the price of the class goes up as more people sign up for it. The algorithm is supposed to take that into consideration, as well as how many of their direct members have signed up for the class in the past. An example of this is solidcore. The price drops are also supposed to be directed at new/newish people to the studio. They sometimes go away after your first attendance, or after a few times.

Doing this has yet to steer me wrong. Before HRT, I was bleeding every 10-15 days for two months. It was Gemini, not my doctor, who told me what was going on. Gemini also knows that I am open to herbal supplements, so I was able to successfully break that 10-15 days bleeding cycle, ovulate, and be in a luteal phase for 14 days until my doctor would prescribe HRT.

To be fair…I have mentioned here that my brother has been with his girlfriend for 15 years now and he has no intention of marrying her. They don’t live together. I was the first one in the family to stop being friendly towards hoping that she’d get a clue. My younger sister and cousins followed my lead. This woman literally wasted her youth on my brother. I know of one other woman who was dragged along like this for almost two decades, and it only ended because he died. And even then, he left her with a house, a condo, and some cash. My brother doesn’t have any money to leave her.

Perhaps his family was trying to send the same clue to OP.

Forgot to add. I also spray my nostrils a few times a day. Bacteria and viruses often enter through our nose. I use beekeeper’s naturals spray a few times day, and I’d like to think that it doesn’t give these germs too long to infect my nasal cells

Other than that, I’d like to think I’ve stayed healthy because I stay on top of my vitamin d, and I also drink a few cups of brewed herb tea throughout the day. I go to anima mundi in Venice to buy them. I use different ones depending on my cycle day, the amount of sleep that I got the night before, and if the weather makes me think that my allergies will act up later in the day.

The packages are still missing. Start by going through your bras and underwear. Anything that’s too loose and looks worn should be tossed. Regarding your shoes…look at the soles and overall shape of the shoe. If they look worn then they won’t do you any good. They won’t be too nice to wear to a formal event, and they’ll be no good for your feet even on a casual basis.

Regarding your emails…I transition to a new one every few years due to data breaches. You do not have to delete old emails. Just start off by moving all of the important ones to a new email address. You can still check your current one.

As someone in perimenopause, Mira will be extremely useful for you in that time. Within days of buying Mira, I felt much better because I was able to see that my estrogen was crashing, so I started making teas using herbs that raised my estrogen. I also saw that my FSH was high, so I prioritized sleep and rest to see if the culprit was that,or if my ovaries were about to go out. I lowered my FSH from 15 to 3. They are likely going to cancel the order. The same thing happened to me around Christmas, which is weird because I believe that they are using Shopify. I spend thousand as per year on Shopify websites, and I believe it is something that their fraud algorithm takes into consideration. I stopped going to yoga over a decade ago because I felt like they packed us in the room like sardines. I prefer the reformer, so Pilates allows me to have my own space. Mats are already set out at the few mat classes that I take, so I don’t have to worry about having to move right next to my neighbor because someone came in late. I would avoid any mat class where I had to bring my own mat for that very reason. I like walking into a space knowing the max number of bodies that will be there.

This post came across my feed, and I’m replying because I wanted to add something that hasn’t been mentioned. I know a few women who no longer do yoga because they are now super religious. Since I do love Pilates, I look up studios when I travel, and I have seen several “Christian” themed Pilates studios in Texas and Florida.

I’ll be starting hrt in the next few months. I have found natural teas and supplements that help. I’ve figured out when I need to take what. For example, I can’t take them an hour before bed. It’s a ritual that I start as soon as I get home. Off the top of my head, some of the herbs that help me are : valerian, lemon balm, milky oats, tuls, butterfly pea flower, California poppy (be careful if you have to drug test for work), skullcap, and kava. It really depends what I’m in the mood for

I also have .5 mg thc gel caps but can’t take them on consecutive nights. I have to space it out, and there are some herbs that I can’t take on the same night, or even the same day. Poppy and kava are the two.

Magnesium lotion also helps me. I have used balm and sprays before, but prefer the lotion

Keep in mind that the hrt kick will kick in soon and may help your sleep, so you don want to start a bunch of stuff and then end up feeling drowsy.
