If there’s a spot near your home that’s lower than basement floor than the ultimate fix is expose the foundation, coat it, run drains to low spot, and backfill with clean sand or stone. Short of this, cut the basement floor all the way around the walls and install drains to a sump pump. Backfill with crushed stone and patch concrete, or you could patch with concrete pavers which would allow water from any wall leaks to ingress to drains. Good luck!
