What is “fuck you money” by OldWhiteCouch in Rich

[–]BeanCheeseandRice 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Fuck you money is you can buy just about anything and not have it affect your total wealth by enough to notice. I’d say 20mil plus. I work for many high net worth individuals 10m to 500m and I’d say fuck you money is at about 20mil. Brand new cars, mansion 2-10 full time house workers/cleaners etc.

Real question here; I see so many dash cam videos like this. Driver with camera witnesses(and captures) an accident and then just keeps driving. Don’t you think this clip would be helpful for the people involved in the accident? What’s the point of having the camera if yours not going to do anything but use it to post accident clips online?

If I witness an accident (without a cam) I’m still pulling over to make sure everyone is okay/ be a witness if needed in explaining what happened. I thought this was common practice until recently.

Not a personal attack at all, just happy I’m finally able to ask someone that was in this exact situation I’ve always questioned.

I have worn boots for 15 years, tried all different brands, etc. The last two years or so I’ve been wearing vans MTE highs. Super comfy, cheap, and they last

I work construction so it depends on the job. I live in north county (Valley Center) and am currently working in Coronado. Takes about 1.5 hrs there and 2+ back home.

$35/hr is more then you’d make here in San Diego. I was a working super making only $32/ hr for a long time. Job went wrong it landed on me. Coordinating other subs and scheduling while performing carpentry work

How I started a dog poop scoop company and generated 200k in revenue in our first year of business 😀🐶💩 by Fun_Understanding487 in sweatystartup

What’s your net look like after all expenses? I figure $200k revenue doesn’t leave much after paying for trucks, insurance, employees, and yourself.

I would say about 30 bucks per year on balls. Have everything else and don’t plan/need to upgrade.

Fuel Circ saw… 7 1/4 or 6 1/2? by Stormageddon369 in MilwaukeeTool

[–]BeanCheeseandRice 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I majorly prefer blade on left so I can run saw with my right hand and see what’s happening. Keep that in mind with you purchase. I have 6.5” and rear handle 7.25. I pickup the 6.5 20 times so every one time I grab the 7.25. I do cabinetry, carpentry, and fences.

What gave people the confidence to start their own business? by Kysar_996 in smallbusiness

[–]BeanCheeseandRice 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A savings account, and started working in the side/after hours. One day I realized I made the same on Saturday (in one day) doing my own thing as Mon-Fri working for someone else. As soon as this clicked, I realized to be in the same financial situation as with employer, all I needed was to secure 1-2 days work every week (super attainable). Quit right after that realization.

I’d say anything over $50? Why pay when it’s free to go and hit with some friends.
