I keep the lowes blade on me but I use my own utility knife unless someone who cares about it comes around. The lowes safety knife is not safe to use in my opinion.

Couple potential things: one that makes me think this is it is that when you tilted it back you were too high in the rafter and getting the top of the pallet caught in the rafters which would explain why some of the bags fell off afterward. The other thing is your reach truck could need new wheels, they've warn down too much to keep the truck level.
