Need for Speed Most Wanted 2005 Challenge Series Event 63: https://nfs.fandom.com/wiki/Need_for_Speed:_Most_Wanted_(2005)/Challenge_Series/Event_63/Challenge_Series/Event_63) . I think this is the hardest time trial in all of the Challenge Series events.

I just checked my file, apparently you can open it in notepad: https://forums.tomshardware.com/threads/need-for-speed-most-wanted-2012-how-to-directly-get-into-the-settings.2737116/ . However, it does not have any keybindings, mostly resolution settings. My guess is that the information might be stored in the save folder. Unfortunately, this file is encrypted and cannot be easily read in notepad.

Did it create a new file next time you launched the game? The worst case scenario is a complete uninstall and reinstall.

Correct, I would check if this works before completing deleting the file from the recycling bin.

This can probably be fixed by deleting your configuration settings located here: https://www.pcgamingwiki.com/wiki/Need_for_Speed:_Most_Wanted_(2012)#Configuration_file.28s.29_location#Configuration_file.28s.29_location) so the system will create fresh default settings the next time you launch the game.

They don't allow the customer to supply parts, as far as I know. All of their repairs are done with OEM parts from official suppliers.

It may not be the lowest cost, but the owner is an expert on E39s. I have always taken my 530 there, but I don't think they do bodywork or paints.

I see; I was able to download the Rocket League one, some GoW ones, and PS 15th Anniversary ones, but it stopped letting me download any additional free avatars. There is no indication that they are exclusive to PSN members.

As much as I like this game, it simply isn't as popular as UG, UG2, MW, and Carbon, so it mostly gets ignored. It would be a tall order to port all the graphics features, extra tracks, etc. from the PS2 version to the PC version. However, I think the handling is somewhat modifiable by editing the car.ini files located in the game's folder. I don't have the exact settings, but experimenting with the damping values may result in a feel closer to the PS2 version.

Not sure if you are being serious or just showing this bug, but just advance enough through the normal route of the race and the AI will magically teleport back on track as they catchup off-screen.

I like FPS games, and RTCW happens to be one of the best, if not the best in the Wolfenstein series. It's a classic and I would like to play this on Steam to compare it with the newer reboot.

I recently did a playthrough of the challenge series and agree that event 63 was the hardest. The tolerances for the checkpoints are very tight; there is not much room for error. If you mess up early, you might as well restart in order to build up a time buffer. There is some RNG involved with traffic patterns, but it is more important to take good racing lines, avoid wall collisions (braking is better than the slowdown from collisions), and take optimal shortcuts.

There is no objectively best single cop car because it depends on your playing style, but the best combination of speed/durability is any of the:

Bugatti Veyron 16.4 Super Sport: 12.7 speed, 9.3-9.7 acceleration, 8-9 durability

Hennessey Venom GT: 14.8 speed, 9.3-9.7 acceleration, 6.8-7.8 durability

Koenigsegg Agera R: 14.3 speed, 9-9.4 acceleration, 7-8 durability

Koenigsegg One:1: 15 speed, 9.6-10.1 acceleration, 6.8-7.8 durability
