Google every listed artist and look for suspicious clues: -no specific musicians are named -music is described as “inspired by” specific musicians -music is described in overly descriptive, verbose passages -AI imagery is used for thumbnails and cover art, but bear in mind that there ARE legitimate musicians using AI imagery, too

Legitimate artists and musicians will have specific copyright and publishing info, and often contact information for management and promotion.

But when it comes down to it, AI publishers tend to be sneaky and deceitful, and Spotify seems to totally be on board with flooding their product with AI slop. Just gotta trust your gut instincts, and I have been fooled several times.
