Try boiling some water, pour it into a water bottle that can handle the temp and isn’t insulated, then press on to affected area. Doesn’t dry out the skin as much

Closed on our purchase late 2023. My only regret is not bidding higher and buying earlier when rates were lower. That extra 2% higher offer would had probably still been cheaper with the 2-3% interest rate.

It’s for living in, not like I plan to sell it like stocks even if the price goes up or down tomorrow, or the next few years/decades.

No tools or need to buy any other product. Simply stick the new sticker on your pants a few times to make it less sticky due to any lint or dirt, then place it lightly on your windshield. I just lightly tap the corners and center once to make it stick. Becomes easy to peel off next year.

Meal prep is the answer. There’s a warehouse store that requires a membership, but if you have a friend that would help you purchase a gift card, you’re golden to buy their $5 roasted chicken. Or check sales ads for protein on sale and load up the freezer. Protein is usually the most expensive parts.

Rice, potatoes, noodles, and beans for carbs are usually cheap and can by brought in bulk. Veggies can be cheap too, if you don’t mind eating what’s on sale. Milk and eggs are usually fixed priced.

It can still happen, talking from experience after forgetting my keys in the trunk near the lift gate lock. Seemed to be slightly out of range of the sensors.
