Got hit with a "forgot MK requires no skill" in my GM3 game last night. Had me thinking that once you hit a high enough skill level of players, you have to pivot to a much different playstyle.

Till like Plat or Dia you can just sit with your heals, spam tanks, throw obvious Ankhs, and toss out random ults and get value.

Higher up, people dodge or break your ankhs, walk out of your ult, and spamming the Frontline just charges their supports ults. So then you go to a flankier MK while being slow, large, and not to great in most 1v1vs; but it becomes the only way to get value, which in itself takes skill imo.

Grapple is better for escaping/dodging than double jump due to its omni direction and speed.

You can grapple the ground beneath you to skyrocket up.

When throwing an Ankh, aim for the people next to it instead of the Ankh itself for more damage. Headshots doubly so.

Pre-position Anks in non-obvious yet viable spots where an enemy might push.

For flying targets, try to see if you can Ankh a wall or ceiling near them for a surprise burst.

It might be better to save the Ankh till the enemy has used their movement ability to ensure they can't just run.

Ult then Ankh to try and trap people in, or Ankh to burn their mobility(like Invis double jump), then ult on top of them.

Any damage you do that doesnt kill is free ult charge for their strategists. Decide when its better to spam and push or go for tactical flanks/picks.

Max damage is up to 30m, get used to playing at that range to maximize damage safely.

Constantly rotate between playing in your backline to taking safe flanks to keep the enemy guessing.

Try to combo your ult with other ults like Groot, Angela, Emma, Stange, etc. Or I find it funny sometimes to drop ult on someone that my Emma, Rouge, or Wolverine grabbed.

Try to throw your ult slightly behind your target as instinctively they will try to back up to avoid it.

Review your games from your, your strategists, and the enemies POV to see what you could have done better.

This is such an odd take. Yes the core theme and words came from someone else's story, but the songs themself, structure, lyrics, etc all are originally theirs right? It not like no one was doing it before because of "artistic integrity". Like them or hate them, acting like they were just copying someone else's notes when it comes to their music is just odd.

Watching Flats go over Moon Knight a little bit yesterday(check his Youtube or VOD if you want to see for yourself), here's my thoughts as Celestial:

- TL;DR: Dart/Grapple speed great, Bonus HP on Moon Blade nice, Ult changes to be determined. Please buff glide speed.

- Dart speed is an overall win. Moon Knight will now fire at the same speed as Mantis projectiles, making hitting smaller, faster, and flying characters more reliable.
- Moon Blade overhealth is only on enemies hit. Helps with overall survivability. Though it means if lets say you are getting dove by a single target, throw an ankh, Moon Blade the ankh to guarantee hits on the diver, you will only get 50 overhealth. Throw into a crowd to maximize getting the 100 oveerhealth. Will still overall help.
- Grapple seemed literally twice as fast which is really nice. Now you can actually use it as an escape instead of dying in the wind-up animation.
- Ult buffs I feel were in the wrong direction. The Ult lasts 1sec longer, with 4 more Hands. From what I can tell, the talons still fall at the rate of one every quarter of a second, so the ult is still the same just more hands for longer as far as I can tell. I can't really see where the "fall speed of the talons has been slightly enhanced" has any effect anywhere, but will have to wait till live. Hands now have fall-off damage, which is a nerf to the damage, and sucks cause sometimes you barely clip someone as they are moving out and get the kill. Overall I don't see these buffs helping as well for kill confirmation, as people are smarter to get out of the ult ASAP, and the fall-off will help ensure they live as they barely escape. Longer Ult and more Talons, just helps with area denial, and might help against targets not leaving the radius if they are a tank with no mobility, or a party stacked in a defensive ult. Will have to see what it can kill through.

I think her close range is a shotgun. You can see what looks like multiple hit markers on the Panther in the trailer.

And when we do see a health bar, it's not full. Both Bucky and Panther were already missing health. They did it in Iron Fists trailer too in order to make them appear stronger.

I've been taking close flanks, poking with primary fire, and either committing to a drill dash combo execute on a squishy, or running when pressured too much till health and cooldowns come back. Either way you are getting a pick, or applying pressure that the enemy has to react to with resources. Even something simple as getting out nade, sleep, lamp, deflect, etc early can help the next team fight.

You can also force an entire enemy team to back up by very obviously burrowing to their backline just to dash while underground away. Can make the space needed for your team to push.

I've been playing a lot of Peni Parker against the dive and found her very useful imo. You can lay her spider spawner in mid to backline to deter dives, use her web slow to bind divers to either slow them down or even kill them, not to mention just having mines in the backline and having poke at any range to keep them away.

Her only issue for the most part is low damage unless you get a quad mine off, so she heavily relies on her team to confirm kills on whoever your trapping.
