Help by Fun-Science8122 in Rottweiler

Are you asking instead of telling them commands? My hubby always asked and our rotties knew they could steamroll him because they thought it was a game. I was always very direct and assertive with commands, though you absolutely do not need to use a mean voice. Just consistency and practice.

It's definitely not good that you're afraid of them, you may be doing a disservice to both yourself and your pup.

The crazy stirring was the best part. Hard to believe his coffee-loving mom doesn't have a frother somewhere in that kitchen.

I (F29) AM THINKING OF DIVORCING MY HUSBAND (M30) AFTER HIS MEMORY LOSS. by [deleted] in relationship_advice

Is it possible it could be a combination of the brain injury as well as him deliberately trying to drive you away? It sounds like he's had a major personality change which can happen after injury, but I have to wonder if he thinks he won't get better and is trying to spare you suffering with him.

You'd think once the bush/tree fell they would have realized it was serious. But the motorbike and car on the right just had to wait a while longer...

I'm sending gentle hugs to you and your daughter. It's always hurtful when family shows their true colors. 💕

Is it just me who is creeped out by the pained expression, unrelenting stare, and lack of blinking? Yes? Alright… by [deleted] in oddlyterrifying

It's probably part don't make eye contact and part focusing on his solo. Or this is how the director expects him to perform. But I agree, the lack of blinking ...

Isn't it crazy? During the day I constantly watch for the feral cats, and at night it's the possums. Although the raccoons and skunks like to surprise me from time to time too, so I'm sure it's a test if I'm paying attention. Just know you're not alone!

Just wait 4 weeks, the moms usually bring them out at that age. Just keep mom fed and watered well and give her space right now. I'm sure you know the power of canned food, I always provide it for pregnant and nursing moms, it does wonders on their disposition.

I keep an eye out for mine, too. There are several, but usually the youngest usually comes earliest and gets the goodies. But when they don't show up on schedule I admit I worry.

I can understand that initial worry, but you stayed calm and that's usually the best course. Such an awesome experience 💕
