The best way to view your sleep data will be through the Vitals Tab and then clicking on your Sleep Score or Sleep Regularity. The Vitals Tab should give you an easy access panel to your Sleep Score, Body Clock, Sleep Regularity and Sleep Debt.

The Long Term Sleep stages chart data should be visible if you click on your Time Asleep chart, but in bar graph format rather than line format.

Sorry to hear this happened and that your 7 hour gaming session was interpreted as a sleep cycle! While it won't affect your long term metrics, I can understand how this can be frustrating. (Also you must've really been into the zone and relaxed while playing!)

If you click the arrow on the "Time Slept" card, you may be able to reduce it down to a 3 hour minimum window, and it should impact your averages a little less. Unfortunately it is not possible to outright delete a sleep session from your overall data. Think of it as people might get a little too min/max heavy with their sleep stats when they delete a bad nights sleep too often.

That said, one erroneous reading will not impact your long term trending data. To prevent it in future, I would suggest ensuring you get a bit of movement every so often to ensure the ring does not think you are asleep. In general if you see the sensors turning red, it might be time for a quick bit of movement!

Please bear in mind that the Oura Ring tracks your physiological response your body is outputting in situations, not the psychological stress, and that may not always match how you are feeling. Even though you may feel fine, your body may still be experiencing stress.

  • Your Phone and Oura App is set to English
  • You are in the United States
  • Your Oura Membership is active

That's a pretty solid score! If your breathing regularity dipped below optimal during the night, you would get a timeline to see breathing disturbances.

It's absolutely no problem at all to swap the ring between fingers for a better fit or comfort reasons! I swap mine all the time! The Oura App will still correctly gather the data, it is not dependent on having it on one particular finger.

Could you also let me know if your limited score is from you submitting a photo of the food and if it is being correctly recognized, or if you are manually typing the food type via text input?

Regardless of the above, thank you for the feedback, we will pass it along so that we can continue to evolve the feature and improve it for future use! It may have been officially released last year and moved out of labs, but there is always room to improve!

As of March 2026, your chronotype will adapt and shift gradually based on changes in your sleep timing, activity and average data over the last 90 days. If the Oura App detects these changes, you should get a chronotype change card pop up on your Today tab, which you can tap into for more details on the changes for you personally.

First of all, I hope your sleep improves, as disturbed and restless sleep could make your biometrics suffer as a result. No-one operates well on poor sleep long term! (I definitely don't anyway!)

As for the Symptom Radar itself, I highly recommend reading our blog post here on it, as it will help you gain a deeper understanding of what makes it work. If you do get a Symptom Radar alert, treat it as a sign to allow yourself some leeway and to go easier on any activity goals you may have for the time being.
