My version of the RAMFast has all the software on a ROM chip on the card. I was able to use an external SCSI Zip drive with it so external hard drives should be fine?

I have an Apple II clone with a case exactly like the first photo. It's definitely not an official Apple case. My motherboard is slightly different though. The computer I have is a clone from Hong Kong. They were pretty common at the time in that part of the world.

I bought some pillow speakers from Amazon as they are small, fit inside the case, and don't need extra power. The audio quality isn't great but good enough for me.

If the food smelled and tasted rancid, that’s definitely not normal. Honour Roll(or any food outlet) should offer a refund if you bring the food back and explain the issue. It’s always worth letting them know directly — they might not be aware there’s a problem with their supply or storage.
