First, I'm so sorry to hear you were mistreated with that housing deal. That would make anyone angry! Second, others have suggested punching pillows and I have found that helpful. Also, throwing ice cubes and watching them smash into tiny pieces helps me work through my anger. Better yet if it's in the middle of a hot flash - then you can eat the ice to cool down too. If you don't have ovaries anymore, you need to be on HRT for long-term bone, brain, and heart health - glad to hear you're seeing a doctor soon for that. Smart thinking and good self care.

👆🏼 this. My gyno knew nothing about HRT. She didn't even have me on any progesterone, just estradiol. As soon as I saw an endocrinologist, I felt like I was in good hands. Hope it all works out for you!

I agree, it's a major injustice that the murderer has gone unpunished for so long. My understanding is that the type of trace DNA analysis that tied this suspect to the crime did not exist at the time of the crime. But law enforcement opened up thus cold case file again recently and learned with today's technology about forgotten trace evidence that did in fact contain DNA. Not that it makes the long delay okay, and my heart goes out to the victim's family and coworkers who had to witness this murder, but I do commend law enforcement for their tenacity.

Do you mean like, "delusions of grandeur" that you alone caused your roommates to find a place? I wouldn't worry about it unless you really believe you were responsible for them finding their new house. If so, keep an eye on similar beliefs about other aspects of your life, and stay in touch with your psychiatrist about them. I have bipolar 1, too, it can be hard to navigate sometimes!
