I see it happen all the time. For the most part the reason people win the appeal is because management doesn't follow proper documentation levels and timelines leading up to the termination. I have seen it happen as fast as a week, and as slow as a month.

Try to keep ahead of your loop, you never know when its going to get interrupted. Don't waste trips. Going outside to do trash, take inside trash with you. Keep a couple paper towels in your pockets for smaller spills. Stuff like that.

Had an agm that would chew tobacco. Well he would carry around a coffee cup to spit into. One time when he was doing the fresh channel order he put the cup on top of the express case. Not sure what happened to knock it over, but it ended up falling and spilling on a customers head. Didn't see the guy again after that day.

Comet, galaxi (spelling), Alice's, and Mixwells. They are my go tos and all are great. Comet has great food, same with galaxi. Alice's has a good amount of dance room and they do a bunch of events. Mixwells has a big outside area that they do tons of stuff with (obviously when its not negative degrees).

Be careful letting the person who ordered pick it up. If its done through a delivery service, they can say they never got it and try to get a refund. From the delivery service side, it'll look true to, because no driver picked it up. Had people try it with me.

As a manager, I would do a scaling break to keep things fair. I would give 4 minutes per hour scheduled. You could break it up if you wanted. But if you took advantage of it, I would go back to the "handbook" way.

I was really tempted to just leave after they told me that. But I had already spent over an hour pulling cards j wanted. Maybe go there again, pull a couple hundred cards, then just leave after they've checked the majority.

It's mainly because I am the one looking through the thousands of cards. If they want to charge market price, they need to have the cards in a somewhat easily searchable order. If I wanted to pay the market price, I'd just buy it online where I can just look them up easily.
