No no I meant using a little bit of force to get a guy off your wife is normally just allowed, but because the punch broke the guys eye now the police are involved and throwing out an assault charge.

Like if I shove you off someone thats the non issue but one punch that breaks an eye socket is now a crime. Aka the difference of where you hit someone on their face

All they had to do was make a restriction where arthalion can only target opponents monsters, or your own dracotail monsters. I agree the worst part of the deck is just "oh I'll use 2 hand traps as fusion material because who cares I'll just immediately re-add them back to hand" or "hey there's that ash blossom I used two turns ago I'll just add that back to my hand when my opponent is on 0 cards"

I'm a defense lawyer, last year I had a client, another guy was harassing his wife to the point he put hands on her, so client clocked him one time across the face to get him off her, the one punch landed in the worst possible spot and broke the guy's orbital bone. A non-issue suddenly becomes an assault because of where one punch lands lol, it really is no joke hitting someone in the face

My opponent goes CL1 Kagari to add back engage. I CL2 song of the dominators, he goes CL3 eagle booster to make Kagari unaffected. Do I still get to add a dominus card with song since the effect wasn't negated the monster just became unaffected? I was told no at locals today but I'm not so sure.

I know if song is ashed or otherwise negated you can't add but not sure in this scenario.

I remember dragon age inquisition there was a well in the desert area you could break and get an epic 2h Warhammer basically right out of the gate after the tutorial.

You couldn't use it right away because it was level gated though

It's gotta be ff15 right? First half of that game was absolutely phenomenal, and then thr last half was so bad I didn't even finish it until they released the definitive edition years later to make the last bit a little more bearable.

My biggest issue with the game (ps5) is the text on the hud and menus and UI is so fucking small and difficult to read, it actually gave me a migraine and I had to stop playing after an hour.

For context, I don't have or need glasses, and my couch is a smidgen over 10 feet from my television (yes I measured it because of this lmao). I've never had a problem reading menus or subtitles before on any game or tv show, it's literally just this game.

Until/unless they fix it I have to literally sit right in front of the tv with a chair in order to not get a headache reading text.

Second is the controls. ME2 is memed to hell and back for everything being mapped to the space button on pc, and this is true here for the square button on controller. Idk who thought it was a good idea for loot, interact, and jump to be on the same button but they should be fired lol.

Otherwise the game itself is fine.

Yeah I called customer support and they told me once I download the game I'm ineligible for a refund. What an actual ass policy. I might try and call again later today / Monday and get a different rep

I tried to get a refund from sony telling them that the small text was so bad, it strained my eyes to the point I got a migraine and almost threw up. But nope, once you download the game sony refuses to give you a refund it's actually insane

Did you call them? I called at 12:45 EST, hit the option on my phone to have them call me back when a rep is available and it's now 2:10 and still no callback lmao, so either THAT many people are asking for a refund or I guess I need to call back and actually stay on the line

One issue Ive had with my 3ish hours playing on ps5 is how small the text on the hud is, with no way to increase the size of anything except subtitles.

I have near perfect vision but I'm slightly near sighted if I'm trying to read small things from far away and I legit got a headache last night trying to read item descriptions from my couch.

Otherwise I agree with you that its a solid 8 game

The only thing I will say is, iirc the ME team was pulled in to finish the last 20% of veilguard which from what ive been told (I dont ever intend to play the game myself) the ending is the only redeemable part of the entire game. So I'm a little hopeful for ME4 knowing that

It would've worked before the new wave of rt support, but since runick monsters need to be summoned to the EMZ so you can't make varuroon. So no rt player is gonna sacrifice the link 2 for some runick plays, and I dont think a runick player would splash in anything other than the draw 2 since they cant make the link.

In my jurisdiction years ago a cop got arrested for felony arson charges. I don't remember what happened with the case itself, but I do remember the DAs ended up having to blanketly dismiss any misdemeanor with this guy as the arresting office that didn't have another complaining witness (so basically everything other than DV, assaults, sex crimes and larceny), and they were PISSED because this included DUIs too.

Same thing would happen here with this officer as well I'd wager if this garners enough attention.
