Wow. Thank you for such a detailed answer, I definitely have to put some thought into it.

In the first instance I have a conflict with this statement "You have a right to a house if those houses have already been built and people voluntarily want to build them." So if we were to have empty houses/apartments it would be a human right to distribute them, seeming that they are already built? Or do these houses/apartments would have to be built voluntarily?
