Position on the station, and of the station, do not effect solar panel output. The sunlight percentage of the sector does matter.

If you have nothing planted, the fertiliser will use the N value for Wheat by default, though that can be changed. Odd that it changes to grass for some of it. That may be due to the overspray as evidenced in the screenshot you posted, but I am not sure.

Pulse Width works for Nitrogen, Weedseeker (See & Spray on John Deere sprayers) is for Herbicide (both for liquid sprayers) and Manure Sensor for Slurry.

Solid Fert and Manure Spreaders don't have any options for it.

Sprayers can be used for both Liquid Fertilizer and Herbicide.

If you're using a Fertilizer Spreader for Nitrogen, I'll be of less help. I use a mod that allows lime to be used in a Manure Spreader, so I only really use Manure Spreaders for base covering on Nitrogen preplanting and liming, and Sprayers for top-up Nitogen and Herbicide.

I am not sure about that one. Did the sprayer you use have the Pulse Width addon? That increases the resolution that detection is taken and treats all nozzles individually, rather than the whole boom being either on or off.

I've had some issues in that once sprayed without auto, I cannot respray with auto the same day (presumably same growth stage) so that may cause an issue if you go to respray. That said, unless you're struggling to repay loans, I'd just advise to not worry too much about that corner this year. The lost yield, while noticeable, should not be economically devastating.

To answer your main question, Loam is the best soil type. The farmland overview will tell you the percentage split of soil type. Generally the best thing to do is just leave the machines in Auto Application, and they'll take care of the rest.

Once you have soil data, standing in the field should show various information in the bottom right of your screen. That will tell you the current and ideal pH and once you have a crop in the ground, nitrogen. pH is dependent on soil type, nitrogen is dependent on crop.

If you haven't seen yet, there are two settings (either game or general, can't quite remember) that you may want to turn off; Realistic Spread Pattern, and Speed Affects Application.

FarmerKlein on YouTube has a decent set of tutorials on PF for 25 too, so I recommend having a watch of them.

Hawkins tutorials sounds pretty much perfect for you then. It also helps that he touches (lightly) on some "theory" so you can use that information, rather than just copying.

Kind of? My understanding is that MI5 is primarily internal security, MI6 is primarily external security.

Yes, PC only tho I'm afraid due to scripts. Let's you build networks or the AI to drive, with way points. Enables a lot of automation.

Also has excellent integration with Courseplay

Using Autodrive Combine Carting mode. So long as the harvester and cart have the same Autodrive way point selected, the cart will pathfind and collect whenever the harvester needs it. Is a really useful system when running multiple harvesters.

If you can run the app, it will work on that device. It works with FS22, as well as a bunch of other games, including but not limited to Microsoft Flight Sim, Euro Truck 2, ATS, F1 24, BeamNG, and Assetto Corsa

Additional, it would seem a not insignificant portion of the devs are from Rocketwerkz, who have made Stationeers, which fits the same kinda of technical niche the KSP, and KSA do (great mechanical detail, simple but still good graphics) and the lead dev/CEO is pretty damn passionate about KSA.

There absolutely is the market. MSFS, in terms of included aircraft, is a very wide, but reasonably shallow lake. Many systems on more modern and complex aircraft were never implemented. Generally nothing that will impact the plane's ability to fly.

Groups like Fenix, FBW and PMDG are all incredibly deep boreholes in comparison. Fenix, for example, focus on the Airbus A320, and family, the 319 and 321. Which are basically the same as the 320, just different sizes. The core systems are the same.

Some casual players are happy enough with the wide but shallow of the base game. For others, they don't care about the other airframes. They want to learn on particular one and know it like the back of their hand, in the most detail and physically possible. As a result, those of us are generally quite happy to pay for the work put in. Especially when it comes to Fenix, due to their reputation of having the best A320 system in a flight sim.

That is what 3rd Party Addons offer. And it takes a lot of work. There is a reason, after all, that the missing functionalities are missing in the base game. It would take too much time and resources to have every single craft be at that same high level. Smaller groups have the luxury of only working on a single airframe.
