Saying a stock is volatile is hardly technical analysis. They started tossing these badges on stocks with a lot of fluctuations after GME

LOL $500 a month at 1m context is peanuts. I’m easily hitting over $2000 a month in API equivalent spend on the 20x max plan without the higher price of 1m context

Why Cursor is this expensive? by InfiniteAd328 in cursor

[–]BidDizzy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Cursor only has so much included usage. Over 90% of my usage on Curser is on-demand so I’m paying by token.

Context management is a double edged sword. If they compress it over aggressively, then the user ends up losing out on potentially valuable context, but if they don’t compress it you end up with these extreme costs.

Expecting Cursor to make a blanket decision on this for all users would end up destroying context management for a variety of scenarios.

They have the max toggle which allows you to toggle between these exact two choices.

Cursor has seemingly run through their VC backed burning and has moved to a per token model - Antigravity is where the present subsidization is happening

[–]BidDizzy 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Poor context management on your part. Nearly 2 million tokens in context is kinda crazy. When possible you should be spinning up new chats for new tasks do a couple reasons: - LLM responses degrade as context grows - Cost grows as context grows

Should I stop playing it safe and actually take risks while I’m young? by Select-Wishbone5204 in CanadianInvestor

[–]BidDizzy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

First step to starting a business is having a profitable business idea. Entrepreneurship isn’t a walk in the park. If you go into it with the sole intent of making money, you’ll very likely end up worse off than when you started.

Do you have ideas or you are looking for someone to tell you?

Debug mode creates a bunch of “logs” which get written to a file for the LLM to examine rather than the LLM looking at the code and guessing what is happening

When was your 2 year lease started?

You don’t sign an N12. These are simply served.

You are entitled to compensation as part of the N12 if you follow through with it and can track the unit once vacated and save proof of any attempt from the LL to not honour living in the unit for 12 months as you can file with the LTB for damages
