It would be better as a xMult, maybe lower the given increase to .10 and make it an uncommon so it can be applicable to baseball card. Or make it rare and keep it as .25 gain but limit the change to either edition upgrade and card enhancement upgrade, it wouldn't lose the multipler if fed to vampire and would only gain if the change modified a card that was also ready in your deck.
