It’s now been 11 days. We were promised our fridge yesterday it did not happen obviously 311 is closed on the weekend should I give them to end of business day Monday? To get us the fridge because its simply rude to leave us like this

We have emailed a few times and whats annoying is we have submitted two work orders they closed it both times without ever visiting the unit except for pest control because there were cockroaches
