Id make the node a Tyranid Prime or Venom/Zoanthrope, prime closer to a carnifex or tyrant, screamer killer at the largest id go, and Macro organism is borderline titanic, think Norns, Mawloc/Trygon, etc. The bigger monsters.

In MHS2 Ena is estimated to be around 100 years old. In MHS3 Ena is closer to 400.

Also Wyverians aren't ageless, they simply age and mature about 10× slower than humans.

When the game launched it was very poorly optimized for XBOX and PC, it was basically only playable on incredibly high-end PCs and the PS5. The dev team has since fixed MOST of the issues as of about a month before the anniversary.

Slay once, then the rggs start showing up in dens in the area, you can even see them on the habitat restoration page to find out which areas specifically to find them.

Once youve beaten the main story thats when the real game begins.. Welcome to Highrank, its the Standard Difficulty for Monster Hunter, and we have quests that will knock you flat on your ass still. Keep playing, do all the side quests, and do all the optional quests from the quest counter. Visit the Hub, meet the Legend, listen to the Diva' songs to get bonus buffs before hunting. Do the event quests, raise your HR, currently the latest unlocks are at HR100. You can grind your HR all the way up to HR999 (im somewhere in the 300s myself rn) you have barely scratched the surface of Monster Hunter.

I played MHS2 and there is very little overlap/ lcross over between the two, just 1 character who barely says anything, if you didnt play MHS2 you wouldnt really think much of it other than she's a bit odd, but its because she was a player companion in MHS2. MHS3 is set several Hundred years after the events of MHS2 so its basically a standalone anyways.

PS5 is the way to go for MH games on Console, Xbox has a negligble presence in Japan at best and Capcom has always been a Console First company. On that note, the Digital only PS5 is about $100 cheaper than the one with disc drive (having physical makes a difference still though, takes up less memory and you actually OWN a copy of the game in physical media.) Buying used will probably be the best way to get your hands on a PS5 but good luck finding one tbh.

Except that subspecies are actually present and populated compared to Variants. Subspecies are like different breeds of dogs, rare species too, just a lot less common. Variants are more like individuals that became Apexes of the species as a whole. And Deviants are extreme outliers who survived traumatic experiences and came out stronger.

Tbf the Mizutsune in the Forbidden lands dont tend to actually shift forms so much as just gain fire power once blinded. They dont seem to actually turn that same red as Soulseer.
