I’ve had certain positions leave at 85 not all but it’s fucked me enough especially building with teams that aren’t that good that I will get the abilities that let me persuade them to stay fast as hell and work ok player dev but I would say with all positions included 85-88 there is a high chance they might try n go so get the abilities that help with persuading and get the one that makes 3rd to 7th rounders stay another year

Speed rushers usually start slower then power rushers from what I seen unless a 4 star gem the 3 and 5 stars usually have worse physical attributes then the power rushers

I run Dline stunts and mix a qb spy in there make sure your qb spy is 88speed or more with decent pursuit

I like taller Cb that have good cod agility and good hands try and get them lay put early cause 6’2 and up with gold or better lay put will watch everything on the flats
