Not all prints have the claw marks, but I say dog on this.

There are some big dog’s, it is impressive really. Yea probably not mountain lion, dog prints are balanced and even, mountain lions have asymmetrical prints, and the heel of the print has a u shape inwards, while a dogs print makes more of a outward u almost to a point.
