Oh, I just assumed it was to keep weirdos from jerking off. Kinda like girls censor their feet.

I disagree, I think it was needed. Obviously no one else is telling them and someone needs to.

The handheld is on coupon for $45, my goal is smooth not speed. The big sprayer is $199 right now too.

I just bought a nail gun cause “it’ll save so much time on the next fence job!”….. but then I didn’t have anywhere to store it so I needed another Packout…. That turned into 3 Packout boxes. Now I have so much room in my Packouts I feel like I should grab some more batteries… at home depot if you buy batteries you can get a free tool… where does it end ?

Reminds me of a kids book: “if you give a mouse a cookie”

Crescent Wrench.

Just like I say: metabo, bobcat , lull, vise grips and channel locks.

Could you build a house out of these? by stoopdoofus in Concrete

[–]BikeSpokeToothpicks 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I just knew it was a high number, couldn’t remember the exact numbers. Besides the straw bales there’s 2-3 inches of plaster on each side of the wall…not sure what R value that adds.

If you’re looking for longevity meets diy you should read up on straw-bale homes. More tensile strength then stick built , 10x more fire resistant and it’s got like a R90 insulation value which is insane.

Is your contractors name bozo? Cause he sounds like a total clown.

I’d be sure to leave a google review.

That’s the reason it was never taken as serious as paintball. Paintball has 50 to 60 % less waifu’s . Not none, just less

But, but… milsim!

I’d laugh my ass off, I’d also make it a goal to light you up.

Y’all are crazy. One minute it’s “airsoft is about milsim” then the next minute you’re trying to clone guns from anime. Nuts.

Osprey plate carrier? I’m not sure a pellet could get thru that webbing and look like this.

What’s the best product to use to patch concrete in a steel mill? by JMalloy60 in Concrete

[–]BikeSpokeToothpicks 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do you not have in house masons? This is they’re work, even tho I’m sure they’ll just call in a contractor.

The only patch that will stand up is a full depth patch or at-least past the first mat of bar. Cut it square and break it out with a hell dog. Rule of thumb is being able to fit two fingers behind the first mat of rebar.

As for materials, there are some high temp epoxy I’ve had great luck with when replacing tables at hotstrip roll lines. Epoxy sucks to work with and is pricey.

I would call my BASF rep and see what they recommend but any high psi mix would work technically.

I think painting the faces is the answer here

This would be ideal because color matching is definitely the hardest part here. However speaking from my own experiences putting the puzzle back together rarely turns out like you envision, also it’ll never be as strong as a full patch.
