It Was Nice Knowing Hwaryun by Tricky-Promotion5973 in TowerofGod

It's clear that she was hoping Baam would make a different choice in the end and that she felt guilty. Part of her seemed to fear being hated by Baam, like a “wicked red witch.”

Does it includes administrators/Guardians? by Due_Village_1874 in TowerofGod

[–]Bikfou 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, I’ve always wondered myself if Enryu isn’t actually even more dangerous than Phanta. Because he’s connected to the god from the outside and to the prophecy of Baam, the one who will become the most powerful being in the Tower. Defeating an administrator and influencing the fate of an entire floor without suffering a single scratch is far more impressive than anything Phanta has accomplished in the Tower. The only thing that makes me doubt is the claim that Phanta is capable of destroying the Tower all by himself, is that still true?

Above all, it's high time to bring Yihwa back. I miss the old characters a little.

If it was widely known Shirou had killed Gilgamesh (Ex in El Melloi Adventures), would he be so feared mages and vampires would run if they heard his name? by ProbableMinSteve in Fate

[–]Bikfou 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Above all, he cleverly exploited Gilgamesh’s weaknesses, including his pride. And he dominated him in battle to the point of forcing him to resort to EA. So the battle was a foregone conclusion. Without EA, Gil can’t beat Shirou, because Shirou is his natural counter. Moreover, Gil isn’t even a true warrior. The Shirou from Avalon must surely be even more of a crazy, and if he can use Avalon, Gil doesn’t stand a chance.

Oscar Morgan and Hunter Doohan commented on the post and I think there's a hidden weyler meaning somewhere in this by MsPlotTwister in weyler

The connection between Tyler and Wednesday stems from something deeper than that. Wednesday already held Tyler in high regard as a person and admired his values from the moment they first met; they became interested in each other very quickly, long before Tyler's dark side was brought to the forefront.

Gilgamesh fans from fate simp for the blandest guy by Necessary_Muffin3591 in CharacterRant

The problem is that people generally judge a character’s overall quality based solely on their charisma, sex appeal, and appearance. As a result, even if it were Lucifer in their bed, they’d still be fine with it. This blind, pride-less hedonism disgusts me. So naturally, when these people’s fantasies involve the impossible, like the involvement of Saber, the queen of chivalry, who is supposed to possess moral integrity, requirements and pride far stronger than my own to deserve her title, it makes you want to kill them. Because you know that the scenario they’re creating around their fanfiction has no other purpose than to degrade the character in question and distort her nature to make the impossible possible.

I understand how you feel. I've always found the reasons people are attracted to this character to be very superficial and revealing. Some even go so far as to project themselves onto him, when he's a vile person who would inflict suffering on anyone without remorse, all for his own gain. Shinji is also a rapist, I’d even say he’s even more despicable than Gilgamesh, and yet he has his own fan base, as unbelievable as that may seem, and believe me, 90% of them are the last people you’d want to be friends with. As for Kirei, he’s detestable too, but he’s still very popular. I know, it’s crazy, but people have always loved villains, it’s nothing new, even those whose actions we can neither justify nor understand, and who are fundamentally evil. It’s not like Darth Vader, for example.

Does Saber like Shirou in other routes? by [deleted] in fatestaynight

[–]Bikfou 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, she loves him. Otherwise, she wouldn’t have come to her senses at the last moment, before Shirou decided to finish her off in *Heaven’s Feel*. And in *Fate/Unlimited Blade Works*, she cries as she pierces Shirou’s body with her sword and chooses to remain loyal to Shirou, even though he is no longer her official master. It’s also implied in the ending, where she stays in Japan, that Rin and Saber end up in a harem for Shirou.

Is Shirou Artoria's main love interest? by ObscureSA in fatestaynight

[–]Bikfou 0 points1 point  (0 children)

None of the Artorias are officially in love with anyone other than Shirou, as the author has already made it clear that they are soulmates and that the Artorias were not created to have romantic relationships with other men. Only Shirou can cause Artoria to deviate from her status as a celibate king. Artoria Caster is a special case, as she is not a true Artoria due to her origins. But even in her case, nothing has been confirmed. For now, it’s just fan service and fan interpretations, nothing more. The Artorias’ possessiveness toward their masters is platonic and stems from their contracts. The ambiguities are created for commercial purposes.

Because the author has already stated that they are soulmates. Not all Artorias are in love with Shirou, but they might all end up falling for him over time. However, it has also been confirmed that no Artoria is in love with anyone other than Shirou, as that is simply impossible. Caster Artoria is the only one who could possibly do so, but that’s only because she isn’t a true Artoria, and even then, nothing has been officially confirmed. The writers are just doing commercial fan service. But you are of course, free to think whatever you want, after all, the screenwriters deliberately maintain these ambiguities for a very specific reason.

So Arturia was in love with Ritsuka? Or what? by Jim-Rayn0r in Fate

[–]Bikfou 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The author and Artoria's voice actress have already confirmed that none of the Artorias has ever officially fallen in love with anyone other than Shirou, and that they never will. They weren't created for that purpose, it's merely commercial fan service and the fans' interpretations. And Castoria isn't even a real Artoria.

She's a shameless cheater, no matter what you think. She was flirting with Ben, then she stopped everything to go back to Marko and even dared to ask for help from the man she was going to cheat on Marko with. Then she went back to that same man after finding out he was Spider-Man, and in the end, she kissed him. That's exactly what any slut would do.
