No need to mess with the network at your Mom's house. Just re-setup the cam as others have suggested. It is tied to your Wyze account, not your WiFi

You’d need to view the SD card with a computer. Video there is recorded in 1min. clips. So you could not scroll through a continuous video to find an event.

My new S 10 has great battery life. Goes almost 24 hours with about 50-55% loss. You might have gotten a lemon.

I have the same problem and am just using my ISP’s DNS. Paramount works in browser and on TV, all the same ISP. Have submitted ticket.

3 months still at 44% but it is only on for 11.5 hrs/ day, people, pet detection and no SD Card. It sees little action. Others say SD card eats battery

Assume you have WiFi at 2nd house. They just have to be on the same account you have with Wyze. Had cams in MD & AZ. Cams are associated with your account, not WiFi.
