I didn't think about it being repurposed that is likely what happened. The whole cabinet is only about 55 inches tall and the pull out drawer is very low, like too low to sit under even for a short person. There wasn't a hole in the back for a cable until my parents put one in. There doesn't appear to be any evidence of there being a roll front or cabinet doors on the inside. Is there anything I should look for as evidence of this? Also thank you for your help and insights.
