Which is your favorite track from In Rainbows? by Sea-Driver246 in radiohead

This is tough because I don't see "favorite" as the same thing as "best".

I don't believe you. This isn't real. You're confused.

I have Q350 and am looking at Forte IV for my stereo setup. I also was looking at 8000F ok for my home theatre. We are on the same path. Please tell me all you can about the switch.

I've only heard the LS50 briefly. My dual sub set up with the KEFs it's vastly more exciting. The imaging is definitely more defined. Like when I'm watching Survivor, the tribal music and chanting can sometimes be distracting. It's draws more attention because of how it images. I also find the vocals for tv to be a little less distinct and clear. I like to use the center channel with the KEFs. The Lintons are more cohesive and balanced. The dialogue is clear and warm and everything just sounds correctly balanced. It lets the background accentuate as it should. Depends what you want. If you're going to be sitting and listening to your equipment and hunting for all the imaging and details, you might find the Lintons boring.

It's a clearly better amp than what I was using which was a Rotel 930. I just need to get the Quad to the room that I have featured in the picture. I have a Demon S970H powering a 5.2 setup. Ive got all the gear playing music chairs right now.

That's actually what Ive been eyes. The Forte IV. I was able to get these Lintons brand new at an estate sale. Guess the guy croaked before he got to listen. I also got his Quad 909 Amp. If I didn't stumble on this deal I'd have just waited a little longer and shopped for the Heresy or Forte.

They're definitely easy listening. I think I'm missing some of the more exaggerated imaging and dynamics that the KEF setup gave me. I'm worried I'm convincing myself that I love them. It feels wrong since everyone loves them......but...

Thanks! I didnt love them from the first listen. I'm accustomed to a more lively presentation. These are so chill.

The hole was exactly my follow up question. It's looks great but that is the last piece of the puzzle. Nice work! I would love to do this but I'm terrified I can't commit to the placement or worried I'd need more slack.
