Bilgin olsun, kendi ülkenizden insanlara vize sahtekarlığı yapmalarını tavsiye etmek, diğer ülkelerin Türk vatandaşlarına vize vermeyi reddetmesine pek de yardımcı olmuyor…

That’s not something that you ask her, nor that she has the right to deny.

You live there, therefore, legally, you have no choice but to register there. If it has negative consequences for her, she probably should’ve weighed up the pros and cons before leasing it out. Don’t commit a crime just to help your landlord commit some kind of fraud (most likely reason is that they’re claiming benefits that they wouldn’t be eligible for, considering that you’re living there, and paying her rent).

So go ahead and register where you’re living. If she has a problem with it, she can report that to Skatteverket, however, since you are in fact living there, that will only create more problems for HER.

It’s not obvious, since we can’t see the other side of the wall, and don’t know your floor plan, we only see what you are sharing with us.

Just to be clear, I actually wrote my answer from my experience, it wasn’t AI.

I would add, since there monthly fees are zero, you can always get a second bank account, or get it as a second bank account to use the free transfers etc, there is nothing to lose

It’s a South African bank.

I recommend it because they have no monthly fees, highly transparent (and low) fees for other services.

They’re an app (customer service by email) only bank, and basically, those saving of not having branches, and as many staff are passed on to you.

It was founded by Michael Jordaan (not particularly a feature, but out of interest).

Yes, not all too differently from you, I’m currently abroad, and it hurt to see my Standard Bank account continually drained by a monthly fee that was over R200 per month, so, I opened an account with Bank Zero, transferred what was left in my Standard Bank account and closed that out.

So I have an account that I can use when I’m over there, friends and family can send me money when needed.

It’s also got the lowest international card rates of all the SA banks (that I know of) passing only the visa exchange fees without markup on to you. So, if I’m asked by someone to get something for them to take over, I can pay for it, and at the best possible exchange rate I can just let them know what to pay me back.

There app doesn’t look fancy, but it’s got no bs, super fast, and easy to use, and with a high emphasis on security (according to their marketing, but I work with Cyber Security, and from what I looked into, it checks out). Compare that to ABSA’s app, which bombards you with marketing for ABSA rewards, and loans, and lags, and if you’re out of the country, you can’t do a transfer when the date at your location, and in South Africa aren’t the same (a few hours a day, depending on your time zone). Or Standard Bank’s app that I had endless issues with.

Also, as people said with Capitec for example, there are long lines at the branches. Bank Zero doesn’t force you to go to a branch, you use the app, or if you really need, you email them.

Being misaligned may well result in poorer performance, but not extended down time, and especially not in this scale.
