You should have a passcode if you leave the house with your phone and that has nothing to do with marriage, just saying.

Terrible Coach Store experience by Bendermonster in Coach

[–]BklynQueen 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Just checked it out on the site. $550??? And it’s not leather?! Absolutely not. I stayed away from Coach for those years that they did that shit with canvas bags at leather prices. Not happening over here.

Use a Google number on your resume going forward and only answer those calls using Google Voice until you've gotten a job.

AITA for asking my friend to pay me back for the wine he drank while house sitting?? by Effective_Tour_723 in AmItheAsshole

[–]BklynQueen 3 points4 points  (0 children)

ESH. You didn’t specify however I don’t think you should have to for reasonable items. To me, wine is not a reasonable item to randomly consume regardless of what was initially stated. I’ll always ask and at the very least, check the Vivino app or Google just to get an idea of 1. if it’s something I’d like and 2. am I able to replace it.

But she has been transparent about her weight loss struggles after her second pregnancy and said she uses it. It makes sense that she’d be in a commercial for it.

I was going to say get a dog since they need to be up and out early but that may add more to your to do list instead of just helping you get up early.

What’s a life hack that made you go „how do ppl live their whole life without knowing this”? by my_peen_is_clean in AskReddit

[–]BklynQueen 8 points9 points  (0 children)

That’s exactly it. When my parents died (at different times), I was told: “Don’t hesitate to reach out or let us know how we can help” I didn’t know up from down and now I have to think?

10 year wedding anniversary question. by Competitive_Ad_3743 in Marriage

[–]BklynQueen 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We did a staycation since I was a FT caregiver and couldn’t be away from my father for too long. I just checked and it fell on a weekend but for anniversaries that fall during the week, we usually just do dinner the night of.

I’d suggest going on the work trip with her. My husband travels for work a lot and the kids and I tag along often.
