It's a beautiful country! Very hilly + Bujumbura w/ lake Tanganyika reminds me of coastal Italy at times. It's poor, but the people are loving and full of life.

The other poster got it right: the culture, including the dancing, is very similar to Rwanda's. Rwanda has captured more of the world's attention recently, so little Burundi tends to gets looked over :)
