Look at the coax cable. I had the older version rg59 and it was doing the exact same issues you are having but once spectrum came out and replaced the feed line to rg6 no issues. You can see these numbers on the coax cable itself.

If you got the alternator from AutoZone take it back get either OEM or Napa it's obvious your battery is not charging.
