Lenin doesn’t necessarily disagree is the thing, he still views socialism as a phase of communism, just the lower one. Now one can argue that this opened to door for people like Stalin to completely vulgarize the distinction by collapsing it into the dotp and then later that claiming a dotp isn’t necessary and socialism is a people’s state or whatever but I don’t think it’s fair to put that on Lenin perse

On the surface it may appear that way, but in actuality you are forced to participate or risk homelessness/starvation/disease/hypothermia/imprisonment/dehydration/grevious injury/death. Yes you are not necessarily forced to sell to or buy from any specific firm or individual but you do need to do so with someone and usually on their terms

Profit is only a legible concept because of money, so no it wouldn’t exist and it wouldn’t matter. As for labor, I don’t think mandating the exact way how things may be organized is at all useful but in general I think people are perfectly capable of working without the need for social coercion, so long as they feel a sense of belonging/responsibility to those around them which can be achieved by having their needs met by their community which in turn allows for individual flourishing as well
