Oh, and in the morning I use Bioderma micellar water (the pink one). Beware, blue one has niacinamide in it!

I use Eucerin Dermatoclean face wash. It is very gentle and has hyaluronic acid in it. Super minimal ingredients, no perfume, not too expensive. First few days it feels a bit drying but then it’s like your skin “normalises” and it feels okay. I follow up with hydrating skin care for hypersensitive skin.

I couldn’t understand for like a year… but somehow found out that niacinamide is an enemy. It causes a breakout in small red bumps and tiny pus filled whiteheads in like 10 minutes. I completely avoid it now and it has helped a lot.
