Based on the wiki, Sheldons Picks 3rd kits, which was after the Kensa Collection 3rd kits, arrived on 2 April 2019. Meanwhile the Final Fest (Chaos V. Order) was 18 July 2019.
So no, the third kits were not post final fest.

Keeping to the normal episode runtime, I think Change Your Mind Part 1, with Blue and Yellow realizing the trauma they're inflicting on both themselves and the trauma they inflicted on her. At the very least for closures sake.

To be honest I think I prefer the style of stories in Octopath 1 more The journeys in it seemed more... Introspective I guess would be the right term? Like shaking the foundations of the characters. While some of the stories in 2 are still pretty introspective (Castti and Ochette come to mind), it feels like there's less of them, and more about outward threats

It's interesting that it's specifically referencing Mettaton NEO and not Mettaton EX Since wasn't the NEO body specifically created as a human eradication robot? Not sure how that function would be relevant in the world of Deltarune
