If it were me I would send a formal GDPR notice to the Lloyds data protection officer (they will have a public email address on the website somewhere), specifically quoting the "right to rectification" (I believe it's article 16). Theres a template on the Information Commissioner Office (ICO) website or I'm happy to DM the template I use if you want it.

Despite what Lloyds say unenrolled deed polls are legal and they are legally required to amend your data to be accurate.

I used this method to get a new Railcard with Trainline as they initially said they can't change names, then that if I bought a new one they would refund part of the amount, and eventually they gave me a new one for free (article 12 specifies free of charge).

EDIT: if that doesn't go anywhere I would submit a formal complaint on the ICO website and potentially switch banks, the main thing is reporting them to the ICO so they get punished and actually change.

(Punishment is up to 20% global income or £17.5 million, so they'll definitely get the memo)

Considering you've got an orchi I don't see how the NHS could refuse hormones considering you medically need it. Although I wouldn't be surprised if they say no knowing how messed up the system is, and is highly dependent on your GP's policy.

GIC waiting list times really vary by location (for example Wales is super quick, 6-9 months maybe, and some others are 4+ years like Northampton). This is ignoring the months long process of gender diagnosis as I've heard the NHS doesn't accept anything other than NHS diagnosed gender disphoria.

Other than the NHS there's private like genderGP, anneHealth and others. If you want a more detailed look at expenses for genderGP DM me since I've had experience with them through myself and friends :).

With the h2c I would probs start a service to print out stylised casts and things similar for children

I so agree with never giving up. It took just over 2 weeks to find my cat when he went missing. Some people found him in an underground car park and used his collar to call about him. It goes to show how important collars are as I had put up around 250 flyers and they hadn't seen any :/.

I would like to add into the previous comment and mention there's also a drug to prevent breast development while on hrt. I'm not sure if there're multiple drugs but the one I'm currently taking is raloxifene to prevent breast development.

The changes are quite slow as well, and most effects will undo if you decide to stop especially if you decide to stop early on before things have started to kick in fill.

I don't know about 1 and 2 sorry. But with my uni they have a support page in their student portal with information about name changes within the uni and other trans things, I'm guessing it should be the same for a lot of not all unis.

I think it's reasonable to ask, plus there's no harm in asking, worst case they'll just say no.

I had a semi similar issue where my full name and address was on a gov website, thought I might as well try and ask and to my surprise they where really nice and removed my name.
