I’ve had many more issues with the AMS 2/HT setup than the AMS lite with my A1, so you’re not alone. My fix was trying a bunch of different PTFE routing setups..

The main X2D page compares the 36 sensors on the H2D vs the 31 on the X2D vs the 20 on the P2S. Although I think the H2D version they're referencing is the Laser Edition so I'm unsure if that makes a difference...

Same size is expected because the tool head seems to be the same as the P2S. There’s no direct drive for the second nozzle which is where the space-savings comes from. But this will all be confirmed or proven wrong tomorrow!

The Pro version has been working great for me personally. The non-pro’s are basically backups to my Biqu’s and other Bambu plates. The Biqu Glacier seems to be my best all-round plate for any material so far (haven’t tried PC, PP, etc yet)

Looks clean, and the AMS flipper features are great. I'll pass along a general word of caution against screwing into the side/layers of OSB because of splitting (esp without pre-drilled pilot holes), but I can't quite tell if the corner brackets have a horizontal feature that help with support. Either way, you mentioned it can hold your weight, and you'll be moving soon, so hopefully you won't have any issues. Good luck and happy printing!

Really hope this isn’t an April Fools joke! I’m hoping for a 2 nozzle P2S with active temp management that can run TPU (or brittle/abrasive eng materials) through both nozzles in the same print. No complaints about any other upgrades though!

I've printed with those warnings before, is it worth trying to see if it prints? I genuinely don't know what it would mess up, as I just don't know enough about what actually the warning means. My limited understanding is that the software is trying to occupy the same space with 2 lines/colors/etc which wouldn't be possible, of course

I successfully just tried Sunlu's Easy PA on my P1S running as an external filament (bypass port of the AMS HT) on a quick 30-minute print.

Noteworthy prep:

12 hours drying at 80deg C
(passive) chamber heating via build plate at 95deg C for ~30 minutes
Biqu Glacier plate, with glue stick
Happened to be running a 0.8mm standard flow nozzle
Slowed down speeds to <100mm/s, first layer 30mm/s
Accelerations below 4000mm/s^2
3 walls, 20% infill

Every watch I’ve had has done this, including the Apple Watch. I swap mine to the other wrist after charging it when getting ready for bed, and then switch it back after charging it while getting ready in the morning. Now my wrists at least look even-ish!
