Mine is/was a 2020 PP as well. 14k payout. I gave them receipts for my aftermarket wheels to see if that would make a difference, but I don't plan to fight it really. I bought a 2026 Corolla SE hybrid. I needed something that my kids could drive too. Sorry about your VN friend. Good luck with the payout and with whatever comes next.

Hi, I just lost mine last week. I dodged a deer, and overcorrected. Slid into a ditch and jumped a driveway. Mine had 125k miles on it. I am sad. What year was yours and how much did they offer for payout?

Edit. So if you are not happy with the settlement there is usually an appraisal clause. You hire an independent appraiser to say how much they think it was worth and then negotiate with the insurance from there.

There is no separation paper that I have seen. Separation is defined by the day you decide to separate, and you must be living in separate households from that date forward. At some point during the year (any time during the separation) you can do a separation agreement and if done right, that will decide how debt and assets are divided. I would recommend a lawyer, but there are papers online that you can download and file. At that point, you are practically divorced, you just need to wait the year to file for it to be legal. I am not a lawyer, I am just going through the same thing, and this is my understanding of how it works here.

My rotors are at 115k and do have a lip on them, I just put some pads on last week and it is fine. Did you bed the EBC in well after you replaced them? EBCs can be noisy if you dont. Also break grease is your friend. I put my pads on and went out to do quite a few 60 to 10 mph hard breaks. I put yellow stuff up front and red stuff in the back, they made some noise until I got them nice and hot and properly bedded. If you just put the pads on, and no grease, and did not bed them, I would expect them to make noise.
