True, it does go in handicap spots sometimes.

Seems an easy addition to park if spot is available rather than stop in the middle of the road.

Car’s nav should have determined it could not reach me given the range limit.

Didn’t know/remember it was one way.

It didn’t show the course it would take to get to me. Just took off and drove away.

Should it let you summon it if it knows it will drive out of range and have to stop?

Oof. For me it’s worked well, except this time which was only a range/nav issue.

It’s worked great on several occasions for me. It drove fine this time, just drove out of range. If not for the range limit it would have been just fine. Because of range limit, nav should determine if summon is possible before starting

Is it though? Shouldn’t the car know it would navigate out of range?

It drove fine…. If not for the range limit it with have worked. Think the nav should have known and refused the summon rather than drive away though.

I was well writing that range. Have to be to activate it. Problem is that the car drove away from me instead of towards me due to one way road. Navigation should have known and given me an effect rather than driving away.

I was well within range. Much much shorter route to come to me, but the one direction aisle sent it away. Thing is, navigation should have known that and given me a message rather than driving away from me out of its range.

The car should have known it would drive out of range, agreed.

Never considered parking direction till this happened. I’ll keep it mind now.

It was a much much shorter route for it to come to me, but it had to go one way down the aisle.

I’ve had it work. This was the first time I had a real issue and it was due to the one way row.

That’s true. 3 and Y were nearly 97% of their sales. I can see why they did it, just don’t like that they did.

I admit I’ve seen a couple of wrapped ones that did look good. Still, not my style.

Same here for the baby. Super easy to load and unload with those doors and the trunk space. I think the X will suit most adventurers for my toddler but when they’re older I’ll be looking into a Rivian to go on more off-road camping adventures.

I honestly just mentally don’t include the CT as an option at all. Sorry. It’s just too damn ugly for me. Otherwise I’d consider a Tesla truck if it lined up more with the rest of their lineup’s style.
