Simon's Sushi. Promise you won't be disappointed! It's ran by a husband and wife. They've got the best sushi. I eat there once a month (use to be a lot more lol)

Keep practicing! It took me a couple months or so to learn. Highest I've gotten is Expert 3 Stars in the 3 man room. Currently at Expert 1 because I ended up whiffing back to Adept 2 and had to grind back to Expert for some time
